Modern organizations are undergoing more mature processes. We may also notice more and more efficient managers in managing processes. However, the dynamic environment of an organization still poses new challenges that require not only continuous improvement of processes but often systemic changes in an organization itself. As a result, organizations improve the methodology of identifying, modeling and mapping of processes, implementation processes, process management methods, tools and skills of managers and employees. The Editorial Committee of JEMI invites all researchers and practitioners involved in process management to share their latest research results and experiences of professional practice.

The JEMI issue may include for instance:

  • Organizational problems and process management
  • Design processes within an organization
  • Improvement processes
  • The issue of supporting processes
  • Process automation
  • Dynamic Process Management
  • Measurement of the effects of process
  • Risk management processes
  • The use and development of tools for process management
  • Structure of the organization process
  • Social problems in the organization process
  • Participation and empowerment in processes
  • Change management processes
  • Knowledge management in a process-oriented organization
